For a look and taste you will treasure try our Indian cornmeal made from Rainbow or Hopi Blue corn. This is the cornmeal that the Pilgrims ate! It has a nuttier flavor and we love making cornbread with the rainbow variety. We use the Hopi Blue for corn chips and tortillas.  These two are only available seasonally and in limited supply, so please inquire before ordering.
